1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ajifi (the â€œPlatformâ€) and its services available at ajifi.com (collectively, the â€œServiceâ€), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

Ajifi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice via the Service or other reasonable means and the revised Terms will become effective at the time specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Access and Use of the Service

Ajifi is an app discovery platform that aggregates information about applications available on Google Play. The Platform itself does not host, store, or transmit the apps; it provides curated listings, summaries, and links to the Google Play storefront. Ajifi does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, functionality, or security of any app listed, nor does it control or endorse any third-party applications or services. You are responsible for complying with any terms or requirements imposed by Google Play or any app developer.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audiovisual content, and the underlying software and infrastructure (collectively, the â€œAjifi Contentâ€), is owned by Ajifi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and view the Ajifi Content for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, without the prior written consent of Ajifi, is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted by law or these Terms.

Trademarks: Ajifi and the Ajifi logo are trademarks of Ajifi. All other brand names, product names, and marks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing herein grants you any license or right to use Ajifiâ€™s trademarks without our prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Links and Apps

The Service may provide links to third-party services, including apps hosted on Google Play. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. Ajifi does not host or control any third-party apps or content, and we do not guarantee the availability, security, or compatibility of any third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective third party. We encourage you to review Google Playâ€™s terms of service and privacy policy when interacting with any app listed through Ajifi.

6. User Content

Users may submit reviews, comments, or other content on the Platform (collectively, â€œUser Contentâ€). By submitting User Content, you grant Ajifi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. Ajifi reserves the right to remove or modify User Content at its sole discretion and without liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN â€œAS ISâ€ AND â€œAS AVAILABLEâ€ BASIS. AJIFI DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AJIFI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. INFORMATION ABOUT APPS LISTED ON THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR MAKING BUSINESS OR PERSONAL DECISIONS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AJIFI AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL AJIFIâ€™S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR ANY FEES PAID BY YOU TO AJIFI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ajifi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and all related expenses (including reasonable attorneysâ€™ fees), arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Ajifi may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for cause, including breach of these Terms, violations of applicable law, or requests by law enforcement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and you must cease all use of Ajifi Content. Provisions intended to survive termination shall continue in effect.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ajifi operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction where Ajifi is established, to the extent permissible by law.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be construed to reflect, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the partiesâ€™ original intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ajifi regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, regarding the Service.
